Job Title:Administration Assistant
Description:Administration Assistant - West Sussex Administration Assistant - West Sussex - 20,000 plus benefits There are currently three Administration supervisors within the business and as their role expands with the company expansion, it is becoming more evident that assistance is required in some areas of the business. At present, we are looking for somebody to assist the Administration Supervisor in West Sussex. The list below highlights some of the actual tasks you would undertake in this role in addition to the administration work you will undertake for consultants. " Adding commission to the ledger and keeping updated with policy information " Checking commissions on CCD are correct and match ledger on a weekly basis " Checking scanning amounts and reporting on untagged documents to the team and to your line manager " Preparing the rota for the team " Managing Archive File requests " Authorising stationery orders " Checking business card requests " Overseeing ICS administration (South only) " Co-ordinate induction courses for new starters " Preparing new starter packs for inductions " Chasing pipeline reports " Meeting representatives from life companies " Meeting with representatives for office services with your line manager " Attending interviews - usually second interview stage " Working along with your line manager on Operational projects Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry In addition to the above you must be professional at all times, motivated, confident, be able to think on your feet and use your own initiative. You must have good communication skills, both oral and written, as well as a high degree of computer literacy. You will demonstrate initiative and the ability to prioritise and plan ahead.
