Job Title:Marketing / Sales Administrator
Description:Marketing / Sales Administrator - United Kingdom (Cambridge), Cambridgeshire Key responsibilities include: Responsible for delivery of key activities that contribute to BD strategy Update and management of web site including providing information on site traffic and management of sponsored key word searches Collect and action initial inquiries / leads that come from our websites, speculative phone calls and booking of sales meetings Tracking of sales leads and reporting Data entry and monitoring of the CRM system (database) Pre work on tender / proposal production Providing support on marketing activity schedule e.g. mail shots, exhibitions etc. Research the market and identify opportunities /competitor products/pricing/web sites and provide analysis of data Ensuring marketing materials are available Preparing tailored marketing materials e.g. presentations for projects / clients Taking ownership of marketing projects Co-ordinate article writing Essential Person Specification Education to at least A-Level standard or have equivalent commercial experience Experience of working within a busy workplace/office environment Experienced in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, the Internet and Outlook Knowledge of office systems and procedures Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload use own initiative Excellent proof reading skills and attention to detail Excellent written skills and be able to communicate in a clear, concise manner A flexible approach to work Accurate keyboard skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and prioritise Positive, pro-active and effective team worker Willing to undertake travel, on occasions, to client sites
