Job Title:Accounts Payable/Receivables Administrator
Description:Accounts Payable/Receivables Administrator - Slough, Berkshire An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivables Administrator to work for this reputable client situated in Langley, Berkshire. This role reports into the Financial Controller and is responsible for ensuring that all vendor accounts are accurately and efficiently recorded. Responsibilities: Accounts Payable oAccurate and timely coding and posting of invoices onto SAP; oObtaining the required authorisation before payment is made; oCreating the payment run on a fortnightly basis; oPerform monthly supplier statement reconciliations; oResolving any invoice queries. Accounts Receivable oCredit control for some debtors. oInter-company Reconciliations oEnsure that all balances with inter-company businesses are reconciled and agreed oAdminister the Expenses Database oDeveloping processes to ensure optimum efficiency This client is very focused on internal development so lots of progression opportunities.
