Our Client, an International organisation, are looking for a Payroll Accounting Assistant to join the team at the Staines (Middlesex) office on a temporary basis for 6-12 months.
You will be working as part of a team processing 5 monthly payrolls
- Reconciliations between payroll reports and SAP
- Manual payments and recording entries to SAP
- Recording and reconciliation of pension payments and accounts
- Dealing with enquiries
- Administration of new starters and leavers P45 & P46
- Calculating payments and deductions for PAYE, NI, Attachment of earnings, SMP, SPP, overtime payments, holidays, pensions, bonus, severance and modified PAYE
- Payroll background
- Team player, initiative, confident
- Good Excel and Word skills
- SAP and Payroll Centerfile advantageous but not essential
