My client based in Surrey is currently seeking a Pensions Administrator to work within
the team to process events for the scheme members and their dependants in line with service level agreements, to provide optimum levels of customer service to the client in terms of quality cost and time.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
To create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records using the appropriate systems.
To have a sound knowledge of and ability to use the internal systems effectively.
To be familiar with the contracted performance targets and quality standards and to make every effort to achieve these.
To provide excellent customer service to all clients, members and third parties.
To respond to all correspondence (both telephone and written) in a substantive manner within the agreed time limits.
Participate in and promote good team communication.
To work towards overall goals of the team.
To build and maintain personal development file.
To identify, evaluate and report risks to your line manager or the Operational Risk & Compliance Manager.
To make suggestions for improvement and complete preventive actions in order to comply with the Quality Management Standard and reduce potential complaints.
To comply with FSA and Pensions Regulations (where applicable).
Your must have extensive experience within Pensions Administrator (defined contribution). Ideally studying for/or willingness to study for QPA/PMI qualifications. Working closely with the Pensions Manager, your responsibilities will include liaising with internal and external pension coordinators in relation to general queries and coordinating paperwork accordingly. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be considered for this role.
|Salary Range:||£17000 - £25000/annum excellen|
